Problem Statement
            

The main objective of the website was to showcase Belle Monde's various projects, including ongoing and completed projects, through individual landing pages. Additionally, the website had to be optimized for SEO activities. However, the challenge was to create a website that caters to the needs of different types of users - those looking for a home and those looking for investment opportunities.

Incorporating these qualities in your brand can communicate credibility, positivity, and professionalism, helping increase brand awareness and attract customers. The ecosystem for a real estate company could consist of user from different ecosystems. When talking about buying a flat In a residential area, we can find a few different kinds of users:

A person who wants to buy a house for living.

A person who is buying a house as an investment.


Although being a luxury brand they provide homes for every type of customer. Whether 1BHK to 3BHK to commercial space for small or big company . When we talk about commercial area although much more expensive in terms of land and rent. But companies want as much facility in terms of transport, security office essential facility and convenience.

Incorporate familiar design patterns such as a top navigation bar, search functionality, and clear filtering options. This reduces cognitive load and improves usability by aligning with users' expectations from similar platforms.

Law of Common Region

Group related elements (e.g., property details, images, descriptions) within distinct sections using borders, containers, or background colors. This helps users quickly understand relationships between elements and improves navigation clarity.

Law of Proximity for Intuitive Layouts

Place related elements (e.g., property features, contact buttons) close together to indicate their connection. Maintain consistent spacing for a clean, organized design that feels effortless to browse.

In a real estate business there is are many geographic factors that govern an on going project such as transport, supermarkets, locality. Although our projects are spread over many locations in the city of Mumbai, one thing that plays a major role the locality and area as the price per sq. ft. changes, which in turn changes the target audience.

Real estate projects often lacked comprehensive details, leaving buyers struggling to make informed decisions due to incomplete information about features and amenities.

Challenges with Ongoing Projects

Evaluating under-construction properties presented uncertainties regarding completion timelines and quality, making it difficult to assess the true value of ongoing developments.

Shift to Virtual Tools

The industry adopted virtual tours, 3D walkthroughs, and digital marketing strategies, allowing buyers to explore properties remotely and safely during the pandemic.

Evolving Buyer Preferences

The pandemic reshaped housing needs, with buyers prioritizing larger spaces for remote work and multifunctional living, creating demand for flexible layouts and modern amenities.
